Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy
IndieOS GST Invoice Engine is a Google Sheets and Google Apps Script product that can create invoice log entries, calculate a tax split using configured supplier/client state codes, generate PDF files in Google Drive, email generated PDFs using Gmail, and prepare a GSTR-1 JSON draft from invoice rows. The current product does not file returns, provide tax advice, or guarantee that generated documents or JSON meet every user's legal obligations.
You are responsible for having authority to use the Google account and records you connect to the product. The script may require access to Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and the active Google account email for its stated functions. Review Google's authorization screens and the deployed script before granting access. Do not use the product with information you are not authorized to process.
Subject to payment and these terms, the provider grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the supplied copy for the purchaser's own business operations. The license is valid for 1 year from the date of activation, as implemented in the product's license check system.
Do not redistribute or resell the product files or grant access beyond the license. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the provider's intellectual property. Applicable exceptions and mandatory rights are unaffected.
You are responsible for the accuracy, review, retention, and lawful use of your records and outputs. Verify invoice details, tax rates, place of supply, eligibility, return data, and deadlines against current law and official sources. Test every export in the applicable official tool before use. Consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or other professional for advice. The product is not a substitute for professional advice or your own review.
The product depends on Google services, Apps Script quotas, account permissions, and third-party systems that the provider does not control. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email. No specific uptime or response-time guarantees are made.
Except for rights and warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the product is supplied subject to the limitations stated at checkout and in these terms. No guarantee is made that the product is error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for a particular tax position, or that generated output will be accepted by a government system.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider's total liability arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the purchaser for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.
The provider may suspend or terminate access if the purchaser breaches these terms, including redistribution or unauthorized sharing. Upon termination, the purchaser retains their existing copy of the Google Sheet but the license check will prevent continued use of gated features. Termination does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law protects.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

The provider may process: purchaser name and email (from the checkout/payment process), order and transaction references, license email, status, and validity date, support correspondence, and voluntarily submitted feedback.
When you run the Apps Script, it accesses spreadsheet content needed for its functions, creates PDF files in Google Drive, may email a PDF through Gmail when you request it, and reads the active Google account email for its license check. The script's license records are stored in the workbook's LICENSES tab.
Information is processed for: order delivery and license administration, customer support, security and abuse prevention, and legal/accounting obligations. Marketing communications, if any, will be consent-based and include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Data is not sold to third parties. Sharing is limited to the processors listed above for the stated purposes.
Order and license records are retained for accounting and legal purposes as required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years for tax records in India). Support correspondence is retained for the duration needed to resolve the matter plus a reasonable archive period. You control access to your own Google files and should protect your account credentials.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@veyo.shop or bhaveshsingh3783@gmail.com. Identity may be verified before processing such requests. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
The purchase includes access to the IndieOS GST Invoice Engine Google Sheet (via a copy link) and the Apps Script code embedded within it. Delivery is by email or the post-purchase page containing access links. Delivery is considered complete when the purchaser can access the template copy link and supporting materials.
This is a digital product. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not provided once the product access has been delivered. However, if you experience a genuine technical defect that prevents the product from functioning as described, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.
If you experience missing access, duplicate charges, or reproducible product defects, contact support@veyo.shop or +91 8269622993 with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will work to restore access or provide a resolution.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Refund requests should be submitted to support@veyo.shop with your order/transaction ID. If approved, refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically reflect in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
